The ClimateMaster Roof® is designed and built to be tough. With high R-values and strong snow load ratings, they provide serious protection for your sunroom investment. Roofs range from 3” to 6” thick with 1 1/2# or 2# density expanded polystrene foam that offers superior R-values and sound insulating properties, depending on your building code requirements.
Roofs are thick gauge, stucco-embossed aluminum protected by a Krystal Kote® finish to prevent scratches, discoloration, and chalking. The unique two-piece mullion system joins the roof sections together to create a gasket-like compression seal that provides weathertight protection for your outdoor living space. That means it’s built well, looks good, and keeps the weather out of your sunroom.

PREMIUM FINISH
Every panel has a premium finish, consisting of electrostatic applied polyester paint with a protective clear Krystal Kote to prevent chalking, fading, and scratches. Don’t settle for inferior, baked-on enamel finishes without the Krystal Kote protection!
TCA-GUARD
TCA-Guard® – Every one of our roof panels have a mineral found in common house-hold cleaners, soaps, and pesticides, that acts as a natural barrier to protect your investment from termites and carpenter ants.

EXTRUDED GUTTER
Extruded Gutter that matches the style of the roll-form gutter on your house, but has 10x the strength, holding the heaviest of rain or snow loads. Also adaptable to most gutter guard protection systems.
Options for Customization:
SHINGLE-ABLE
Shingle-able – If you or a possible homeowner association prefer to have your new Climatemaster Roof shingled to match your existing roof, our panels can be laminated with ½’’ OSB to properly nail down shingles. The OSB laminated side of the panel can also be applied to the interior of the room, where you may have a screw or nail requirement to apply a finished interior wood ceiling.
